This was followed by the opening of Kanha Jungle Camp in 2018, and with positive feedback and growing demand, the brand expanded further with Tadoba Jungle Camp in 2021 and Rukhad Jungle Camp in 2022. Jungle Camps operates a collection of four boutique resorts, strategically located in prime wildlife destinations across central India. As of now, Jungle Camps manages 87 rooms across its resorts, and in line with its growth strategy, the company has acquired leasehold rights for four additional hospitality projects that will increase its accommodation capacity by 170 rooms. These new ventures will expand the company’s portfolio to seven projects, including boutique wildlife resorts, a heritage hotel, a highway motel, and various dining options.

Jungle Camps India Limited prepares for its Initial Public Offering (IPO), the proceeds from the Fresh Issue will be allocated towards critical objectives

  1. To meet capital expenditure for the project development at Sanjay Dubri National Park, Madhya Pradesh. 
  2. To meet capital expenditure for renovation of existing resort Pench Jungle Camp, at Pench National Park, Madhya Pradesh. 
  3. Investment in their Subsidiary, Madhuvan Hospitality Private Limited (“MHPL”) in relation to capital expenditure for the project development at Mathura Hotel Project, Mathura, Uttar Pardesh. 
  4. General Corporate Purposes
